Video Game Dating Site Leaves Beta, Officially Launched

After seven years in beta, a video game dating website called GamerDating.com has exited beta and has officially launched.

The website has started to grow by 20,000 signups a month and currently features 350,000 users with 216,000 of them being from inside the United States. It’s main competitors are other dating and hookup platforms including Tinder, Plenty of Fish, and Match.

James Palmer, GamerDating’s founder, said in the press release:

“We’ve taken our time to make sure the service was the best available. Without any marketing and publicity, 360,000 single gamers have already signed up – and another 20,000 are joining every month. We’re clocking more than 90,000 messages a week are being sent between our beta users. We’re happily saying to gamers now, get off Tinder, the real gamers are here guys”.

The platform is free to signup on and features paid subscriptions to obtain access to parts of the platform.
