With VR headsets such as the Oculus Rift and Playstation VR on the horizon, Ubisoft wants in on the action. They’re starting by announcing they have partnered with SpectreVision to create original reality content.

SpectreVision is the production company behind films such as The Boy, Open Windows, and A Girl Walks Home Tonight at Night. SpectreVision was founded by Daniel Noah, Josh Waller, and Elijah Wood. Vice President of Ubisoft Montreal, Patrick Plourde, has this to say…

“Their expertise in the horror film genre is exciting for us. We’re looking forward to a collaboration that will ultimately offer fans an unforgettable virtual reality experience.”
