Rumor: Call of Duty: Black Ops IV To Be Exclusive To Battle.net On PC

According to a new report by Gaming Intel, Activision’s anticipated shooter Call of Duty: Black Ops IV will be exclusive to Battle.net on PC. This would make it join Destiny 2 as the only non-Blizzard game to release on Battle.net.

The source provided screenshots and said that this build is being used by those withing quality assurance using an internal LAN version of Battle.net. The goal of the company is also to develop the best PC port of the game ever and multiple developers have been working on cross-platform functionality.

Some of speculated this could be in response to Epic Games’ wildly popular Battle Royale game Fortnite which is why it has been rumored that Black Ops IV would include a Battle Royale mode.

While Activision nor Treyarch have confirmed anything, Gaming Intel has noted that this same source revealed the accurate reveal date.
