Retro VGS/Coleco Chameleon Facebook Page Deleted

In what could easily be considered the end to the legacy of the Retro VGS/Coleco Chameleon, the official Facebook page of Retro VGS has been deleted.

Retro VGS has had several controversial issues with development especially after it was renamed to the Coleco Chameleon. With the posts about them putting an SNES Jr. in an Atari Jaguar shell at New York Toy Fair to the folks over at AtariAge showing they actually put an old capture card in the shell as well.

ColecoVision, owners of the Coleco name, stated last Wednesday that Retro VGS had  7 days to develop a working prototype and have it be inspected by independent engineers provided by ColecoVision themselves. Tomorrow would be that deadline, but it seems as if there is no way that will be happening after this.
