The Wall Street Journal is reporting that according to “people familiar with the matter” Nintendo and DeNA are developing a Legend of Zelda smartphone game.

While their sources did not reveal release date, they did note that it will release after the upcoming Animal Crossing smartphone game which is set to release in the second half of 2017. Of course it is worth noting that things could still change.
