Rebellion have announced they have acquired TickTock Games for an undisclosed sum.
This acquisition will see the studio be rebranded as Rebellion North and will work on multiple unannounced projects set to release some time this year.
Rebellion CEO and co-founder Jason Kingsley OB said in the press release:
“Bringing more great people to the company is a great way to start 2019. The company continues to grow and it’s important we bring in the right people as part of that process. We’ve worked with the team at TickTock Games for a while now, and we know they’ll continue to prosper as Rebellion North.”
TickTock Games are most famous for the Cricket Captain franchise, Rogue Trooper Redux, and Worms World Party.
