Once in a while a game magically spreads like wildfire overnight. Lately, that trend has happened with Indie Games. We’ve seen games such as Goat Simulator, Who’s Your Daddy?, and Shower With Your Dad. Now there is a new game in town that is not safe for work. The game is appropriately titled NSFW- Not a Simulator For Work.
In NSFW, you play as a person at their day job who decided to look at porn and, let’s just say ‘Spank the Monkey’, while trying to not get caught by their coworkers. At the end of the day it separates how much ‘fun’ time you had and how much work time you had. After the first level you also have to pop hearts while the porn is playing to keep up your fun scale. You receive points after each day and you can use those points to unlock additional porn scenes to watch throughout the day. Now we have to mention that we’ve only played the demo and if you can figure out how to play it, you can easily reach the end of the demo within 5 minutes. Game Changer Studio has uploaded updated demos on a semi-regular basis, so if you play the demo a month from now you could easily have a much longer (no pun intended) experience.
Now I realize that I’m not a marketing expert, but I’m going to give Game Changer Studio some advice. NSFW has received lots of exposure over the past week with some of the largest Twitch streamers and YouTubers such as Markiplier, CinnamonToastKen, and Sodapoppin. I would try to finish the game as fast and possible and try to get it on Steam or some distributor. You sell the game for $2.99 and make some serious money and move on to the next venture. I really do believe this game could sell a ton of copies as this has Let’s Play written all over it.
I’m honestly going to recommend this game to everyone who wants a game that is So Bad It’s Good as that is the market who will be attracted to a game like this. After playing it, I would say this game is so stupid its brilliant.
