Capcom announced at Monster Hunter’s Gathering 2015 that a new Monster Hunter game is currently in development. The new game is called Monster Hunter X and will be for Nintendo 3DS.
Not much is known about the game at this time, but we do know that the game engine is the same used to make Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate.
