Midnight Retires From Competitive Overwatch

Flex player Mike Midnight Ryan of the Skyfoxes has announced he is retiring from competitive Overwatch. Midnight admits that he is a senior in college and played competitively in Overwatch and attended classes. This ultimately caused him to get a little burned out and question what he wants in life.

Midnight did not completely rule out a return to competitive play in Overwatch or any game for that matter. He noted he might transition to Fortnite or Rainbow Six, but also didn’t rule out a role switch in Overwatch.

We wish Midnight the best in whatever his future endeavors are.
