Back on June 21 we reported that the trademark for “Intellivision Amico” had been deemed abandoned by the United States Patient and Trademark Office. Since then IGN have confirmed that the listing is back to being listed as live and was updated on June 30.
Current Intellivision CEO Phil Adams told the outlet via email that the patient office “is usually pretty slow in updating” and the company are “still working on the console.”
