Hajime Tabata Wants To Portray Lunafreya As An Even Stronger Female Personality

Speaking with Polygon, Final Fantasy XV Director Hajime Tabata talked about the game and its DLC. During the interview, Tabata specifically mentioned Lunafreya and how she is one of the strongest female characters in the series.

One question that Polygon asked was why Lunafreya has not been featured in an upcoming episodic story or DLC. Tabata stated..

“I really do have that desire to depict Luna as an even stronger female personality. Obviously the first mission is to get ‘Episode Ignis’ out. Then when we decided what we do with 15 after, is to decide that together with the fans and community and opinions, just like you gave.”

Tabata also said he is committed to featuring Lunafreya is some way down the road to make her an even stronger character. Stating..

“First priority you want to see [in future DLC] is Luna? That’s something that I can agree with very well. I’ve also got incredible motivation to do that.”
