Former Blizzard Employee Adds Voice To Lawsuit, Names Names

A former Blizzard employee has decided to come forward with her experiences while employed at Blizzard Entertainment. This is in direct relation to the lawsuit filed by California Department of Fair Employment and Housing against Activision Blizzard.

Joy Fields, who worked for Blizzard from 2006-2012, posted a TwitLonger showing some of the things she experienced first hand. One person she specifically mentions by name is former head of CDev Jeff Donais who reportedly asked her if she wanted to try a Shake Weight just in case she “ever needed the talent for giving hand jobs in the future.” Luckily a supervisor overheard the line and stood up for her.

Another employee found her DeviantArt page where she briefly did some nude modeling while attending college. This employee then decided to spread it around to everyone in the office.

Fields also noted that she had been groped, coerced, and forced into sexual situations at the homes of coworkers and Blizzard events like BlizzCon and holiday parties.
