It’s hard to believe that world records are still being broken for games originally released on the Atari 2600 back in 1981. It’s happened again as earlier today vlees88 set a new world for the Atari 2600 port of Donkey Kong. VLEES88 set a new world record for the 1 Loop category with a time of 36 seconds 816 milliseconds.
This is the first of its kind and it will be interesting to see if anyone else attempts this kind of run. You can view the run in its entirety down below..
