Digimon World is remembered fondly by fans of the series as being the first Digimon game many experience in the United States. Of course some have now realized that it might not have been as good as we remembered it growing up. That still hasn’t stopped people from speedrunning the game nearly 18 years later.
Earlier today a speedrunner who goes by Raikou99 set a new world record for Digimon World under the 100 Prosperity category. Raikou99 did it with a time of 2 hours 46 minutes 54 seconds. This beats his previous world record time of 2 hours 48 minuts 11 seconds.
