Concept Art From Banjo X Released

Banjo-Kazooie is one of the most popular franchises to come from the masterminds of Rare in the late 90s/early 2000s. It’s also just interesting to learn details about cancelled projects and we got to learn just that. The Banjo-Kazooie series is full of them considering that there were many between the time of Banjo-Tooie and Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts. Well a few months ago Steve Mayles released these unused models from one of the projects known as Banjo X.

Now Mayles revealed even more by sharing via Twitter an animated model of Conga which many would remember from Mumbo’s Mountain in the first game. He released the gif along with the statement..

“BanjoX Conga’s chest is starting to hurt a bit. Well, he has been doing this for a decade now, waiting for the bear!”
