Bandai Namco Trademarks RAD

Listings on the World Intellectual Property Organization’s website (1, 2, 3) show that Bandai Namco have trademarked the term RAD in the United States.

Based on the images, some are speculating that it has to do with something post-apacalyptic setting with the RAD being short for radioactive. Others hope it will be something related to the 2002 PS2 game Robot Alchemic Drive developed by Sandlot, the developers of Earth Defense Force.
