Another NLRB Complaint Filed Against Activision Blizzard

According to a new report by The Verge, a new National Labor Relations Board complaint has been filed against Activision Blizzard. This latest complaint filed with the Communications Workers of America alleges that an employee was told by one of their supervisors they were not allowed to discus issues they had with working conditions and wages on Slack.

Activision Blizzard have experienced loads of criticism since a lawsuit was filed with the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing regarding an unsafe work environment and sexual harassment. This year alone Activision President Bobby Kotick was accused of holding back workplace misconduct summaries, and discouraging employees from joining a union. The company most recently settled a sexual harassment lawsuit for a reported $18 million.
