Activision Hit With Layoffs

According to a report by Kotaku, Activision have laid off 5% of their employees working under Activision Publishing with Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare’s Infinity Ward being hit the hardest. One source for the outlet said that 20 people were laid off from Infinity Ward.

This comes after Activision posting $4.87 billion in digital revenue and $6.61 billion in total and Infinite Warfare still becoming the best-selling game of 2016 despite a negative reception among the gaming community.
